In first hour, we did some close reading of chapter one and discussed some of the major historical context areas for the setting of
A Tale of Two Cities.
In second and third hour, we were treated to a lesson by Ms. Skinner about "The Lady of Shallott" by Alfred Tennyson.
All were reminded to continue reading in A Tale of Two Cities, as a quiz will be given over chapters 1-6 on Wednesday, 12/7.
