Senior survey and transcript request session

On Friday, 4/29, counselors will be coming to our class to help you complete an end of the year SENIOR SURVEY and request that your final transcripts (GO TO www.parchment.com) be sent to colleges for those planning to continue your education after high school.  Part of the survey requests the specific names of any scholarships you are receiving, if applicable, as well as dollar amounts.  If you could please make sure you have this information by Friday, that would be greatly appreciated.
