Enlightenment Era context compared to T2C setting

Today, we talked about significant factors of the Enlightenment era, including social, political, economic, and cultural aspects.  We also discussed in small groups the impact of this setting on the story that Charles Dickens in unfolding in A Tale of Two Cities.
