We will be looking for evidence of "Ubi Sunt" in these ancient Anglo-Saxon poems:
"Deor" (text in doc.)
"The Wanderer" (link in doc.)
"The Ruin" (link in doc.)
"The Seafarer" (found in textbook, pp. 56-58)

Additionally, we will be looking for other literary devices commonly used in
Anglo-Saxon literature, including:
imagery, foreshadowing, alliteration, kennings, and symbolism
